How do I configure a pipeline in SDC to stop itself automatically after getting a response from an API call and storing that information to the local filesystem using HTTP client origin?

Enable events on the Local FS destination, and attach the Pipeline Finisher executor. Configure the executor's pre-condition as ${record:eventType() == 'file-closed'} to ensure that the pipeline is only stopped when the file is closed.
