I am wondering if there is a source connector for AWS Aurora. I am looking to stream data from AWS Aurora to Snowflake.

For querying existing data, you can use either of the JDBC origins (Query Consumer or Multitable Consumer) with the PostgreSQL JDBC driver - see the AWS Aurora documentation on the topic.

For streaming changes, use the PostgreSQL CDC Client origin or MySQL Binary Log origin as appropriate

Thanks. Does that mean via these consumers - I can also do CDC on either of these databases?

Thank you again - can you also please include a similiar thing for Amazon Aurora MySQL? Is there respective SQL CDC Client for it?

Hi!

You can connect to Amazon Aurora MySQL or Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL using JDBC drivers for respective databases and JDBC Query Consumer or JDBC Multitable Consumer.

Also refer to AWS Docs for details on their JDBC drivers and installing JDBC drivers in StreamSets.

Hope this helps.

Cheers, Dash
