When the JDBC multitable consumer job is running and getting the records, where can I see the current query its executing including the offset value? I've looked at the logs through the logs icon on the top of the pipeline but no luck, tried checking multiple times.

Set the log level to DEBUG and you should see lines in sdc.log containing the relevant output. For example:

Executing Query : SELECT col1, col2, col3 FROM tablename WHERE col3 > ?
Parameter Types And Values [[4,1]]

The parameters are substituted in the query in place of each ?. Each parameter in the list comprises a numerical SQL type, in this case 4 for INTEGER, and a value, in this case, 1.

In this example, then, the executed query would be:

SELECT col1, col2, col3 FROM tablename WHERE col3 > 1
