how to send data via SFTP/FTP

The SFTP/FTP client origin can only retrieve data from a FTP server, but my purpose is periodically put data from one client desktop to the server.

Can anyone give some hints on how to achieve this?

There is an open issue to add an FTP/SFTP destination. Please watch/vote/comment on SDC-4188.
