Technically, you could use the HTTP Client Processor from within one pipeline to call the REST API to start the other pipeline. But, is there more context here? For example, do you want to start one pipeline after a different pipeline completes?

Yes, I want to start the pipeline when first pipeline generates the event. I am able to do like that, But HTTP client Processor is not able to start the next pipeline.

Maybe there's misunderstanding... how come the Http Client Processor can not start the next pipeline? Also, you may find this question helpful https://ask.streamsets.com/question/2868/creating-dependency-between-pipelines/#2931
