Hi, I am attempting to use the underscore in the field flattener processor and then hook that up to the field renamer processor to remove part of the suffix ex: Before: Alabama_activities_park After: activities_park

This is what ive tried but neither seems to have worked. Thanks!

/'Alabama_(.)' /'Alabama\w(.)'

If your input is Alabama_activities_park and your desired output is activities_park, then the following will work in Field Renamer processor:

Source Field Expression: /Alabama_(.*)
Target Field Expression: /$1

Hi, I was just just wondering how to handle if the field has some special character. Example: '\"EMPNO\"'. I was trying to rename it as EMPNO.
