How do I configure HTTP client credentials using OAuth 1?

I'm trying to set up an HTTP client origin processor so I can get data from an application's REST API. However, the application (Atlassian's JIRA) only supports OAuth 1.0a, and all the StreamSet docs I find are all for OAuth 2.0. So to authenticate my calls, I need to know how to generate the consumer key, consumer secret, token, and token secret, but I can't figure out how to do that. I think I need to to something like openssl to create these, but I'm not sure if that's the correct path.

Apologies if this is a basic question. Thanks in advance for any help!
