How can i delete data from one table in one database (postgres)? I would need to achieve one action which is Delete all the data in the table.

However, One pipeline should have one origin and destination. Current approach i am using is JDBC Query Consumer 1 - [ To select all the data] JDBC QUery 1 - [ To write a query to delete all the data]

Is it a correct approach?

A pipeline can have multiple destinations, and it can also generate events, which are consumed by executor stages.

So, one way to do this would be to configure the JDBC Query Consumer to produce events, then use the JDBC Query Executor to TRUNCATE data from the relevant table. This case study has an example of the JDBC Query Consumer producing events.
