You have a couple of choices:

• Mount the Windows machine's drive via SMB/NFS etc and access it via the Directory origin
• Deploy StreamSets Data Collector Edge on the Windows machine and use its Directory or File Tail origin. Set the data format in the origin appropriately to parse the data there, then send the data to a receiving pipeline on Data Collector via a supported destination. Note - you could use Kinesis or Kafka as the transport from Edge to Data Collector as well as those listed in the docs.
